We move office setups β furniture, workstations, computers, files and commercial equipment β with a planned sequence so your business is up and running at the new location quickly.
An office has items that a home does not β rolling file cabinets, ergonomic chairs with pneumatic lifts, server racks, UPS systems, multi-piece workstation desks, framed certificates and retail display fixtures. The people involved are also different. You cannot keep office staff waiting at a half-packed location all day. The move needs to happen in a sequence that reduces the time between shutdown at the old location and startup at the new one.
We handle this by planning the relocation floor section by floor section. Instead of packing everything at random, we label items by department or function so unpacking at the new location follows a clear order. This simple step alone reduces the typical office setup time considerably.
For most businesses, the biggest concern is not the cost of shifting β it is the number of hours the office is non-functional. We address this by discussing a moving schedule before the actual move. In many cases, we can start packing non-critical items a day or two before the main move, so the actual shifting day is faster. If the office can run on reduced setup β just laptops and phones for one day β we plan around that.
For medium to large offices, we sometimes suggest moving in phases: one department at a time across two or three days rather than everything in one day. This keeps at least part of the business operational during the transition.
π‘ For IT teams: Back up all systems before the move day. Label every cable before unplugging. Take photos of your server rack setup. These steps are done by your team but they make reassembly at the new location much faster.
Some companies prefer to move after 7 PM or on weekends so work is not disrupted. We accommodate evening and weekend office shifts across our service locations. The team arrives at the agreed time, works through the loading and transport, and completes the unloading at the new location. This means your office can be functional again by Monday morning even if the move happens on a Saturday.
For moves involving multiple floors or a large volume of goods, we plan accordingly β booking the lift slot, checking parking access at both locations and arranging the right team size for the time window available.
