Our packing staff are trained specifically for household goods — they know how to wrap television sets, handle crockery, protect sofas during loading, and roll up mattresses efficiently. They work under a supervisor on every assignment.
We work with a mix of owned vehicles and verified transport partners. Every driver is familiar with North East routes. We use closed container trucks for longer moves and smaller vehicles for intra-city or floor-to-floor work.
Every move has a designated supervisor who coordinates between the packing team, vehicle, and the customer. They do the pre-move inventory, oversee packing, and stay on call till delivery confirmation.

The principles that actually guide how we handle each job
We book a shifting date only when we can actually deliver on it. We do not overbook vehicles or teams. If something causes an unavoidable change, we inform the customer in advance — not on the day of the move.
Cheap packing costs the customer twice — once for the cheap job, once for damaged goods. We use proper corrugated boxes, multi-layer bubble sheets, foam padding, and stretch film. The packing cost is included in our quote, not billed separately after the move.
We tell customers upfront what is included in the quote and what is not. We don't offer artificially low quotes and then add charges at delivery. What we say on the phone matches what happens on move day.
Before we start packing, we prepare a basic inventory of major items. This protects both the customer and us. It creates a clear record of what was picked up and what was delivered — especially useful for office or multi-floor moves.
We know North East India's roads, restrictions, and challenges. Certain routes require different vehicle sizes. Some months need extra waterproofing. Some cities have strict vehicle entry times. Our team factors all of this into the planning.

Most of our shifts originate from or arrive in Guwahati, which is the transport and logistics hub of the North East. From here, we have regular vehicle movement to Shillong, Silchar, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Jorhat and other Assam cities.
We also handle interstate moves to Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Tripura. These moves require experience with the specific entry permits, road conditions, and seasonal access restrictions that apply in these states — knowledge that only comes from years of operating in this region.
For pan-India routes — such as moves from Guwahati to Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad or Mumbai — we use long-haul container trucks through verified transport partners. We coordinate the full move from origin packing to destination delivery, including transit tracking.
